AAF Week 5 Schedule and Discussion

Here’s how you can watch all of the action and talk about it here

AAF: Atlanta Legends at Arizona Hotshots Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

We’ve reached the midpoint of the inaugural season in the Alliance of American Football, and we’re down to just one undefeated team remaining, and every team has at least one victory through the first four weeks.

The best game of the weekend, at least based on the records of the teams involved, will be the first one. That game will kick off at 1:00 PM Central time, and will be televised on TNT. The league’s lone undefeated team, the Orlando Apollos (4-0) take a trip north to Birmingham to take on the Birmingham Iron (3-1). These two teams are atop the Eastern Division, and the winner will have an advantage going into the playoff push in the second half of the year.

Our adopted team, the Salt Lake Stallions (1-3) will play the second half of the Saturday doubleheader, as they’ll head to the West Coast to take on the San Diego Fleet (2-2). This one starts at 7:00 PM Central, and will be shown on the NFL Network.

Sunday will get started with the league’s two other 1-3 teams doing battle, as the Atlanta Legends (1-3) will play host to the Memphis Express (1-3). This one will be shown on the CBS Sports Network, and will get started at 3:00 PM Central.

Last, another Western Division matchup will close things out on the NFL Network, starting at 7:00 PM Central. In that one, the San Antonio Commanders (2-2) hit the road to take on the Arizona Hotshots (2-2).

All of the games, to the best of my knowledge, are also available on the AAF’s website.

That’s your Week 5 AAF schedule. This post will stay pinned to the top of our page throughout the weekend if you’d like to discuss the games with your fellow Minnesota Vikings fans. Enjoy the games, everyone!
