Merry Wednesday, everyone!

We’ve made it half-way through another week of the long off-season, anyone have any plans for the weekend? I see lots of fishing happening for the fam and I, as long as it isn’t blizzarding or something, grrrrrr. If it snows again this spring, I’m gonna get crabby. It was a long, cold winter. The snow was cute for a few months, then it started getting old, then it got old, now it’s gotten to a new level of ridiculous. I don’t even know what to call it, but I’m ready for some hot weather. I miss the south.

From Vikings.com, Wobby talked with David Carr, who talked about his ties to Gary Kubiak, and why his presence could translate to success for Cousins and for Cook, and the Vikings offense.

From the USA Today, A-a-ron Rodgers SAYS he had some broken bones last year. I emphasize the word ‘says’ because I don’t believe much that he says. If it is true, and they knew about these supposed ‘broken bones’, wouldn’t that be in violation of league policy? I thought they had to announce all injuries.

I love it when World’s Dumbest or another similar show has footage of guys trying to rob ATMs. One of two things will happen 1) They try to break in, but get smart and give up and run away, or 2) the police show up and arrest them. Those machines are not easy to break into, and they build them so that they aren’t easy to remove. Here’s a story from UPI, these ATM burglars are using their noggins a little bit. Just a little bit, though.

From Reuters, someone is suing TGIFriday’s because they say that TGIF’s potato skins don’t contain potato skins. I wonder if they’re aware that TGIF’s buffalo wings don’t contain any buffalo, either. They could get a two-fer on that lawsuit.
