2019 NFL Draft Trades: Vikings trade with New York Jets

What’s gotten into Rick Spielman?

We’ve got a third consecutive trade for the Minnesota Vikings, as this time they deal with the New York Jets.

The Vikings have moved down just one spot in the third round, going from #92 to #93 overall. In exchange for this, the Vikings have picked up an extra seventh-round pick, #217 overall, which is the third pick in the seventh round.

The Jets then used that third round pick to select Chuma Edoga, an offensive tackle from the University of Southern California.

I’m hoping that we get to the point where the Vikings actually make another pick here, but we’ll see how that goes. This is three trades in three picks for the Vikings, so we’ll see what Rick Spielman and company want to do here.

Whatever the Vikings do, we’ll have full coverage of it right here at The Daily Norseman, so keep your browsers pointed right here and keep hammering that refresh button until Steve Jordan announced the Vikings’ third-round pick.

We think.

We hope.

Eventually.

At some point.
