Since the 2019 NFL Draft came to a close, we’ve been tracking all of the signings that the Minnesota Vikings are making in the Undrafted Free Agency period. A couple of those signings have reunited two men that currently play for the Vikings with their younger brothers as teammates, at least for the time being.
The first that we received news of was the signing of University of Miami (FL) defensive tackle Tito Odenigbo. He’s the younger brother of another Vikings’ defensive tackle, Ifeadi Odenigbo, who came back to Minnesota in the middle of the 2018 season after bouncing around the league for a bit.
I’ve been riding my brothers coattail my whole life, the NFL is no exception #SKOL https://t.co/bAP5YKlhym

We haven’t seen a direct reaction from Ifeadi on the Twitters yet, though he did retweet this message on his timeline.
Congratulations to my dude @Odenigbro for signing with the Vikings & joining his brother @IfeadiOdenigbo in what’s sure to be an amazing adventure!! Be well boys and well done Tito #proud advisor #proud coach pic.twitter.com/w45rvPLZFX

Later on last night, social media let us know that the Vikings were also signing Alabama-Birmingham defensive back Mar’Sean Diggs. He’s the younger brother of Vikings’ star wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
First thank you lord, second Thank you to the Minnesota Vikings organization for seeing my potential, this chip on my shoulder just got BIGGER let’s work. #Skol

The signing got a reaction from his older brother. Not surprisingly, big brother is providing some motivation for his younger sibling with his response.
Words can’t explain my excitement. I love you. It’s Gods plan, let’s stay on his path. I’m here behind you pushing you every step of the way. https://t.co/95ko87bxPE

There’s a long way to go before we find out if Tito Odenigo and Mar’Sean Diggs can join their older brothers as members of the Vikings. . .I think Ifeadi Odenigbo makes the 53 this year. . .but it’s still cool to see guys that grew up pushing and motivating each other to be great get to chase their dreams as members of the same team. Especially when it’s our team.
