With OTAs getting underway this week in Eagan, the Minnesota Vikings currently have 89 players on the 90-man roster in attendance for the voluntary workouts.
The one absence from the voluntary workouts? Wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who is not at the workouts because. . .well, nobody knows why, and it doesn’t matter why. They’re voluntary workouts, after all.
One guy that’s not worried about Diggs not being at the voluntary workouts? His coach.
Mike Zimmer said he is not concerned that Stefon Diggs not at OTAs

For the record, however, it sounds like Diggs’ absence is going to be limited.
Cousins mentioned that he looks forward to Diggs coming to practice "tomorrow" so he'll participate through most of OTAs it seems

Seriously, I’m not sure why anyone speculates or gets bent out of shape when guys miss voluntary workouts. I don’t think Diggs has anything to be angry with the Vikings over, given that he just signed a significant contract extension with the team a year ago.
If this was the team’s mandatory mini-camp and Diggs (or anyone else) wasn’t there, then there would be reason for gnashing of teeth and rending of garments. But it’s not, so if there’s anyone out there that was seriously worried about this or thought that it was an indicator of something bigger. . .well, it’s not.
