Independence Day in America
Just like a football game, the Forth of July is another fantastic reason to get together to eat, drink and be merry with your family and friends. In a way, July 4th really is the "pre-season" to "tailgating season". Summer is now in full swing and all your favorite football events are just around the corner. For those of us who love to grill, Independence Day is a serious bit of BBQ bliss. I thought I would take this opportunity to list off some of my favorite things to grill on this most American of holidays. Let’s get to it…The Top 10 Best Things to Grill on the 4th of July
10) S’mores
OK… granted it’s not normally cooked over a traditional "grill" but who can argue the fact that S’mores are consumed in mass quantity over American campfires everywhere and the 4th of July is no exception.
9) Grilled Chicken and Wings

Not many things are more American as Corn-on-the-Cob. Grilling them inside the husk is a fantastic and a very easy way to make a delicious backyard treat… but if i’m being honest… I suggest you wrap them in bacon.
