Vikings at Saints: Vikings list players that won’t play on Friday night

If tonight’s contest between the Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints were a regular season contest, this would be the time where both teams would put out their inactive lists. With this being the preseason, the teams don’t need to put out such a list, but the team has released a list of players that won’t be taking the field this evening.

Those players are as follows:

• DE Ade Aruna
• DE Tashawn Bower (Non-Football Injury List)
• CB Kris Boyd
• OT Aviante Collins
• CB Mike Hughes (Physically Unable to Perform List)
• DT Linval Joseph
• TE David Morgan (Physically Unable to Perform List)
• OT Brian O’Neill
• DT Shamar Stephen

With both of the Vikings’ starting defensive tackles sitting this one out, the team has announced that Jaleel Johnson and Jalyn Holmes will be getting the start at defensive tackle this evening.

Also, Rashod Hill will start at right tackle in place of Brian O’Neill.
