Weekend Open Thread

The Minnesota Vikings beat the Atlanta Falcons 28-12.

Good Morning!

Only one more day until we get the first border battle of the year with a Vikings v Packers clash. I’m going to make another change to the weekend thread during the season, I’ll be highlighting the team the Vikings play on Sunday, and will go back to the NFC North once the Vikings season is over in February. Also, I’ll be traveling most of Saturday but will be able to check on the thread via phone, if someone spills the chardonnay on the piano just flag their comments and move on, or if something needs my immediate attention drop me an, you can’t start DN After Dark at 8am. Meanwhile, let’s carry on with our news and links open thread full of beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes. Drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and go ahead grab an adult beverage and start the tailgating early.
