It’s nearly time for the final game of Divisional Playoff Weekend in the National Football League, and this one will take place in Wisconsin as the Green Bay Packers will play host to the Seattle Seahawks.
As the #2 seed in the NFC, the Packers are coming off of a bye week. The Seahawks made things difficult on themselves last week, but eventually managed to take down an undermanned Philadelphia Eagles team on Wild Card Weekend by a final score of 17-9.
The winner of this one gets the right to take on the San Francisco 49ers in the late game next Sunday for the NFC Championship. As we know, the Niners advanced to the title game by beating our Minnesota Vikings by a final score of 27-10. They’re the #1 seed in the NFC, meaning that they’ve earned the right to host that game with a trip to Super Bowl LIV on the line.
I think we all know who we’re cheering for in this one. Hopefully we’ll be blessed with the rubber match of the Niners/Seahawks series that has produced two outstanding games already this season. Fingers crossed, folks.
