UPDATE: The Vikings have announced that Kris Boyd has been downgraded to OUT for tomorrow’s game. He was listed as “doubtful.”
In addition the team has declared that WR Tajae Sharpe will also be out with an illness. I know what you’re probably thinking. Let’s hope it’s not that.
Original story below.
The final injury reports are out for the Minnesota Vikings and the Houston Texans heading into Sunday’s contest at NRG Stadium in Houston. Let’s take a look at both injury reports and sort everything out.
We’ll start, as we generally do, with the visiting team.
Minnesota Vikings Week 4 Injury Report
It appears that the Vikings are going to, once again, be down two cornerbacks when they take on the Texans. Mike Hughes will miss Sunday’s game, having already been ruled out, and it doesn’t appear as though Kris Boyd will be ready to go either. On the plus side, it appears that the Vikings are ready to get Cameron Dantzler back into the lineup. Dantzler started the opener against Green Bay and then missed two consecutive games, but he’s got a clean bill of health for Sunday.
Now, on to the home team.
Houston Texans Week 4 Injury Report

The Texans have not officially ruled anyone out for Sunday’s game, listing only two players as questionable and none as doubtful or out. It appears that they’ll be a fairly healthy team heading into Sunday’s action.
Those are your final injury reports for the Vikings and the Texans going into Sunday afternoon’s Week 4 matchup. We’ll have more on this one as we inch closer to kickoff.
