Tuesday Open Thread

Good Morning, It’s Tuesday!

My answer to yesterday’s question of the day; I think the team could be better next year. The hallmark of the Zimmer teams have been good defense, with all the rookies playing CB this year and getting significant playing time they should all improve, add back in Danielle Hunter and Michael Pierce along with a FA DT or 2nd round pick to be named I think the defense will improve to top 10 or 5 next year; however the successful NFL teams that have rebuilt on the fly have a franchise QB, something the Vikings still perpetually lack. I’m all for a 1st round QB this draft, even if he doesn’t see the field next year. Meanwhile we’ll carry on with our news and links open thread full of crockpot recipes, nap strategies and beer recommendations; drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and it’s Tuesday, the second day of the work week.

Again, we all know the rules, but in case someone is new:
-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-Leave the gender hatred at the door
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don’t forget to wash your hands, and Welcome Aboard!
