After a bit of a delay due to the holiday, we are back with the predictions from the guys that make your favorite Minnesota Vikings website work.
(Yeah, I mean us.)
There was a bit of an issue last week, as Ed was unable to get his picks in after the Thursday night game for the rest of the slate, and there were some misses for the Thanksgiving games this week as well. However, we press on. Here’s what the standings look like as of now.
- Eric Thompson: 106-57 (7-7 last week, 1-1 this week)
- Warren Ludford: 101-60 (7-7 last week, 0-0 this week)
- Christopher Gates: 100-63 (7-7 last week, 2-0 this week)
- Ed Brodmarkle: 85-64 (0-1 last week, 1-0 this week)
Eric still has a pretty commanding lead, and with the season starting to wind down, it’s getting more difficult for anyone to be in a position to catch him. But, we’re damn sure going to try.
Here are the picks for this week’s action, courtesy of Tallysight.
Yes, we are all once again picking your Minnesota Vikings to emerge from this week with a victory over the Carolina Panthers. Ed and Warren both think that the Panthers stay close enough to cover the spread (which is either 3.5 or 4 points, depending on when picks were submitted). All four of us have this game hitting the “Over” as well.
Here are the games that we disagree on this week:
- Titans at Colts: SPLIT! Chris and Eric have Tennessee, while Ed and Warren have Indianapolis
- Cardinals at Patriots: Warren has New England, everyone else has Arizona
That’s it. We’re in agreement on all the other non-Thanksgiving games for this week. We also had a disagreement on the game between the Washington Football Team and the Dallas Cowboys, as you can see above.
UPDATE: We did have a disagreement on Ravens/Steelers, but Eric changed his pick from Baltimore to Pittsburgh, so now we’re all in agreement.
Those are the picks for this week, folks. Remember, these are for entertainment purposes only. Unless you’re winning, then we get a cut of the profits.
