This Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium, your Minnesota Vikings will have another opportunity to get back to .500 after their 1-5 start to the 2020 season. In order to accomplish that, they’ll need to take down the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13 action.
The Vikings won a thriller over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday to get their record to 5-6. We’ll be keeping an eye on the status of running back Dalvin Cook, who was injured in the victory but came back during the contest. This game will also see the return of wide receiver Adam Thielen to the Vikings’ lineup, as he missed the win over Carolina as a result of being on the COVID-19 list.
As far as the Jaguars, it’s been another rough season in northeast Florida. After winning their season opener, Jacksonville has dropped 10 in a row and has gone through three different quarterbacks, including Mike Glennon, who will start for Doug Marrone’s team this week. The Vikings’ defense will have to keep an eye on rookie running back James Robinson, who has been the bright spot for the Jaguars on offense.
Kickoff for this week’s game is slated for noon Central time, with the broadcast taking place on CBS.
