Jaguars at Vikings: Interim injury reports

An important new addition for the purple

NFL: Carolina Panthers at Minnesota Vikings Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

The second injury reports of the week are out for the Jacksonville Jaguars and your Minnesota Vikings as they make preparations for Sunday’s Week 13 matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium. There are a couple of changes, specifically one noteworthy one for the purple, but we’ll start with the visiting team, as is our wont.

Did Not Participate

  • LB Dakota Allen (hamstring)
  • LB Kamalei Correa (hamstring)
  • TE Ben Ellefson (knee)
  • DT Davon Hamilton (knee)

Limited Participation

  • WR D.J. Chark (hip)
  • WR Chris Conley (ribs)
  • CB Sidney Jones (achilles)
  • OT Jawaan Taylor (knee)
  • S Jarrod Wilson (shoulder)

Full Participation

  • RB Dare Ogunbowale (hand, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
  • S Brandon Rusnak (ribs/quad, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)

Jacksonville has the same four players not practicing that they had on their initial injury report. Still keeping an eye on Chark to see if he can come back after missing the Jaguars’ previous game.

Now, on to the home team.

Did Not Participate

  • TE Irv Smith Jr. (back)
  • DE D.J. Wonnum (ankle/back)

Limited Participation

  • G Ezra Cleveland (ankle)
  • RB Dalvin Cook (ankle)
  • LB Eric Kendricks (calf, new addition to injury report)

Full Participation

  • C Brett Jones (neck, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)

Yes, Kendricks has been added to the injury report, which is a fairly significant development for the Vikings’ defense. Hopefully this isn’t too serious. He did have one week a while back where he missed the first two days of practice and was good to go by Friday’s session, so we’ll have to see how this goes for him.

Punter Britton Colquitt and offensive tackle Rashod Hill, both of whom were listed as not having practiced on Wednesday for non-injury reasons, were both removed from the injury report on Thursday.

Final injury reports for both teams drop tomorrow morning, and we’ll have them here for you when it happens.
