We begin another new week of social distancing and unknowns

John Randle #93...

Happy Monday, everyone!

It’s the start of another very odd week, as we all try to get accustomed to this temporary way of living our lives. Just how temporary this will be is the big question. What types of activities are you engaging in to cope? For me, I’m VERY grateful that the winter weather has finally given way to some sun and warmer weather. We worked and played/relaxed out in the yard for the entire weekend, and it was wonderful.

I hope all of you are staying safe, my prayers go out to all of those who are being directly impacted, it’s sad to hear the stories and see the numbers.

Around the DN since our last open thread:

Chris is keeping us up-to-date with v4.0 of the 2020 Minnesota Vikings Mock Draft Database.

Wludford deciphers the method behind the Vikings’ off-season madness.

Ted posted Ted Mock 2.0: The Mock Supremacy.

Any new activity will appear here on the Minnesota Vikings 2020 Free Agency Tracker.

Other Vikings/NFL news, and random oddities and annoyances:

From the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, you can again enjoy Monday Night Football.......replays, thanks to Fox and ESPN.

In-person offseason activities are unlikely, says an NFL exec, per NFL.com.

The Lions have signed WR Geronimo Allison, according to Fox Sports.

The Sporting News graded the 2020 free agency period with analysis of every free agent signing and trade.

We come to today’s media selection:

Key and Peele teach us how NOT to remember where you parked your car. Enjoy!

We all know the rules, but in case someone is new:

-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-Leave the gender hatred at the door|
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags|
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm.|
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don’t forget to tip your waitress, and try the rocky mountain oysters.
