The Minnesota Vikings once again added a player to the secondary in the 2020 NFL Draft, this time tabbing a safety from the Big Ten Conference in their search for some safety help.
With Pick #205 in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected safety Josh Metellus from the University of Michigan.
The big focus for the Vikings in this draft so far has been on the cornerback position, but they could use some help at safety as well with the departure of Jayron Kearse and the uncertain future of Anthony Harris beyond this season. I don’t know a lot about Metellus at this point, but I’ll be sure to start doing some digging on him.
The Vikings still have four picks to make in this 2020 NFL Draft, all of them in the seventh round. We’re going to be keeping track of all of them for you, so be sure to keep your browser pointed right here.
