The Minnesota Vikings used five straight picks on defensive players in the 2020 NFL Draft, and finally went back to the wide receiver position in the fifth round with the selection of University of Miami wide receiver K.J. Osborn.
I don’t know a heck of a lot about Osborn, but from everything I’m seeing about his profile at this point his best chance to stick with the Vikings might be as a return specialist. He’s served as a return specialist for most of his college career, as he started out at the University of Buffalo and went to “The U” as a grad transfer.
If anyone out there can add any more to our thoughts about K.J. Osborn, feel free to drop them into our comments section below. In addition, go ahead and vote in our poll and let us know what you think about the selection the Vikings made here. We’ve still got plenty of picks to go!
