Good Morning!

For the weekend thread that I post I made a decision to allow continued discussion about the ongoing violence in Minneapolis and the reason surrounding said violence. I did not make this decision lightly, but rather with the idea that as it was centered in Minneapolis (at that time) it would affect a majority of Daily Norseman users I hoped it would give them a place to vent.

Since then, the demonstrations, curfews and violence has spread. Instead of continuing on with this discussion in the daily threads, (and placing an additional burden on Gone Fishin) I've made this Fanpost just for that discussion. From the emails I received my decision was either welcomed or cursed, either way at least you're paying attention. The Open Threads will continue with their usual tomfoolery, gifs and crockpot recipes.

I'll allow this Fanpost to continue with the caveat that politics not enter into the Fanpost and personal attacks do not either, however tread carefully.

If you came here to be an internet tough guy or sharpen your political pitchfork or just be a jerk you'll be gone.

This will be a topic driven Fanpost, if you want to post gifs, mock drafts etc go over to the Open Thread, either Gone Fishin or I post a new one everyday.
