The recent events in Minneapolis have left a great number of people without access to grocery stores and other basic necessities. In one of what I’m sure will be many things that the Minnesota Vikings will be doing to help the Twin Cities community, they are making sure that people that don’t have access to those things get fed.
The Vikings Table food truck, an initiative we’ve talked about here previously, is providing meals to those that are in need.
Any donation helps! https://t.co/QARxtgLJnc

As you can see from the tweet above, a donation of $10 can provide five meals for people in need in the Twin Cities community. If you’re interested in making a donation, you can do so through the Minnesota Vikings Foundation. That link goes to the “Givalanche” I started with my donation.
(What’s a “Givalanche?” I don’t know, but it doesn’t sound like a bad thing.)
As I said earlier, I’m sure that the Vikings will be doing a lot for the hardest-hit areas in Minneapolis and other places that need it. This is one of the first, and I hope that you can find it within yourselves to support it. There are a lot of people, especially families with children, that aren’t able to get the basics for meals and someone needs to make sure that they’re getting fed.
When we learn of more initiatives that the Vikings are getting involved with to provide support, we’ll do our best to bring them to you here.
