Titans at Vikings: Final injury reports for both teams

Vikings will be thin at corner again

NFL: Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Chargers Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

It’s Friday across the National Football League (and, presumably, everywhere else), and that means it’s injury report day leading into Sunday’s matchups. Both the Minnesota Vikings and Tennessee Titans have put out their final injury reports leading up to Sunday’s tussle at U.S. Bank Stadium, so let’s take a look at what they say.

We’ll start with the visiting side.

Brown being out is a pretty significant hit for the Titans, as he’s one of their top receiving threats. Given what we’re going to see on the Vikings’ injury report here shortly, that could prove to be pretty beneficial to the purple this Sunday.

Speaking of the Vikings’ injury report, here it is.

Yes, that’s two of the Vikings (presumably) top three corners that have already been ruled out for this one, and a potential key substitute that could miss this one as well. Your top three corners for this Sunday will be Holton Hill, Jeff Gladney, and either practice squad member Mark Fields or rookie Harrison Hand. Nate Meadors could potentially pitch in at corner as well.

If Mike Zimmer is a cornerback guru, it would be really awesome if that could start kicking in this Sunday.

Those are your final injury reports for this Sunday’s game between the Vikings and Titans, folks. We’ll have more on this one as we get closer to kickoff.
