Vikings Initial Injury Report: There is no report

Well, technically, I guess

The good news is that the Minnesota Vikings have put out their first injury report of the 2020 season, and there aren’t any names on it!

The bad news is that’s because they didn’t have to list defensive end Danielle Hunter on the list after placing him on Injured Reserve an hour or so ago.

With the Vikings not listing anyone on their injury report, we can make the assumption that every Vikings player not named Danielle Hunter practiced in full on Wednesday afternoon. So that’s a bit of positive news, I suppose.

For their opponents on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers, the injury report was not empty. Green Bay listed five players on their injury report, most notably offensive tackle Billy Turner, who did not practice with a knee injury. Here’s their full injury report:

Did Not Participate

  • LB Randy Ramsey (groin)
  • OL Billy Turner (knee)

Limited Participation

  • DL Montravius Adams (toe)
  • LB Oren Burks (groin)
  • S Raven Greene (quadricep)

That’s what we’ve got for the first injury reports of the week, folks. We will obviously be tracking these injuries leading up to the final reports on Friday afternoon.
