NFL Wild Card Weekend continues with our second straight day of tripleheader action, and just like yesterday we start the day in the AFC.
Our first matchup for Sunday will pit the Baltimore Ravens against the AFC South champions, the Tennessee Titans.
This will be the third time these two teams have met over the past 12 months or so, and the Titans certainly appear to have the Ravens’ number. They met in last year’s AFC Divisional playoffs, and despite having the top seed in the AFC the Ravens couldn’t get anything going against the Titans, falling by a score of 28-12.
They also met in Week 11 of this season, and although it took overtime to do it, the Titans got the job done again. Derrick Henry scored on a 29-yard run in overtime to give Tennessee its second straight victory over Baltimore by a score of 30-24.
Both of those games were in Baltimore, but this one is taking place in Tennessee. Kickoff for this one is scheduled for 12:05 PM Central time, and it will be broadcast on ABC and ESPN with Steve Levy, Brian Griese, and Louis Riddick on the call.
Come on in and talk about this one with your fellow Minnesota Vikings fans, folks!
