With the season over for the Minnesota Vikings, their most promising young player is still in the spotlight as we wait to see whether or not he’ll be named the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year for this past season.
Vikings’ star wide receiver Justin Jefferson was a guest of former NFL punter (and current WWE NXT superstar) Pat McAfee on his radio program on Thursday, and the entire interview is available below for your viewing and listening pleasure.
McAfee and Jefferson talked about a bunch of different topics in this interview, including
- How Justin is going to spend his offseason
- Why he had so much success in his first season and if he thinks receivers producing early will be a trend going forward
- His relationships with Kirk Cousins and Randy Moss
- Who had the better Griddy: Kirk Cousins or Adam Thielen?
And plenty of other topics in an interview that covers a solid fifteen minutes.
(There’s also an advertisement for some. . .special medication. . .about ten minutes in. You’ve been warned.)
I have a feeling that we’re going to be seeing a lot of these sorts of interviews with Justin Jefferson going forward. After all, he’s already put up more yards in a season than any Vikings receiver not named Randy Moss and he’s just getting started.
So, let us know what you think of the interview!
