The Daily Norseman Mailbag

You got questions, I have answers...probably wrong answers.

Good Morning!

No, you didn’t stumble into one of my open threads by accident, I did some research (not much to be fair) and found the DN mailbag had been published by either Skol Girl (rip) or Ted (rip) and decided that was something I could do to keep everyone engaged at the Daily Norseman since the Vikings season is over.

We’re rolling into the off-season early and as I read comments I understand most of you are either frustrated, fed up, or just plain done with the current Vikings team/front office.

I get it, so let’s talk about it.

It’s mock draft season here, so let’s hear who your favorite pick is with the 14th selection in the 1st round, or are you in favor of trading down?

The playoffs are still going on, as I write this I’ll be a Chiefs (shoutout to the Browns though) and Buccaneers fan, which teams are you pulling for?

So, if you’re on Twitter, and you have a question about the Vikings, the draft, fantasy football, or life in general, tweet us a question with #DNMailbag somewhere in the tweet or you can dm me on Twitter (Rob@DN1). If you do, please let me know what your username here is unless I already know it. Sidenote about my Twitter account, there is politics, that’s not a source of questions here; I’ll probably create a separate account so this one stays with just football and Vikings related stuff.

Alternatively, you can leave a comment in this post, I’ll revisit it later in the week.

If you’re stuck in the 19th century (I flat out stole this from Ted) and refuse to embrace social media, shoot me an email...Rob.Barrett04atgmail.com (@ is removed to prevent harvesting by bots).

My plan, for now, is to solicit questions on Monday and publish the mailbag every other Wednesday during the off-season to coincide with my off-service periods, but we’ll see as we approach the draft and free agency.

Thanks for reading and I’m looking forward to all your questions!
