Monday Open Thread: January 18, 2021

Merry Monday, everyone!

So, we’re down to the last four. The Browns gave the Chiefs a run for their money, and the Bills defense showed up big. Other than that, I think this past weekend played out pretty much as most expected it would. Some would say that the Saints loss was unexpected, but I wasn’t surprised one bit. So, next Sunday, the Chiefs will host the Bills, and the Packers.....gag.......will host the Buccanneers. Then, two Sundays from Sunday, after we endure 14 days straight of the upcoming “potential changing of the guard” Super Bowl, the Chiefs will likely beat the Buccanneers. I really hope we get to see the Packers worked over by the referees, it’s the only reason I’ll watch parts of the game. I want to see them on the other side of a one-sided officiated game for once. Let’s hope.
