Minnesota Vikings News and Links: March 27th and 28th, 2021

Good Morning!

Summer has sprung here, we’re getting temperatures over 90 already, but I see some of you have been affected by the heat already. I’d like the Vikings to move up for a QB just like some of you, but without this year’s 1st round pick, next year’s and probably Danielle Hunter getting traded along with some other draft picks it is incredibly unlikely to happen based on yesterday’s trades. The good part that came out of yesterday, besides Mackenzie Alexander returning was right now it looks like the first three picks in the draft will be QB’s which might end up pushing some really good players down closer to the 14th pick in the draft, unless of course the Vikings trade up or down. Meanwhile, we’ll carry on with our news and links open thread full of crockpot recipes, nap strategies and beer recommendations; drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and it’s the weekend, time to fire up that mock draft simulator, bonus: we’re getting closer to the draft with every passing day.
