Hey everyone, the newest Vikings Report is out, and we’d love it if you’d give it a listen or look. This week:
Jersey Segment: we talk about the great Jake Reed, because the great Jake Reed opened the show for us. Very honored that a Vikings legend would do that for us.
Vikings and NFL News: We take a look at the Danielle Hunter standoff, and whether or not the Vikings will trade him, and how they can afford to pay him. Then we talk about how what happens with Hunter may affect the Mike Zimmer philosophy of getting ahead just enough to let the defense hold on to the win. If the defense isn’t good enough to do that, will the Vikings open it up more on offense?
Position Group Review: This week we look at wide receivers. There is a lot of talent to be found both in free agency and in the draft, so we take a hard look at both possibilities, and we look at the flotsam and jetsam below Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson that’s currently on the roster.
Trivia: It’s Drew vs. Ted in an all-time barn burner. Or something.
Drew, Toonces, Producer Liz, and I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough. In seven weeks we’ve eclipsed 1,850 subscribers on You Tube, and the comments keep growing each week. Don’t forget to register for the Justin Jefferson jersey giveaway we’re doing on Thursday, April 29th, during our live draft show on our YT channel, and yes, Fearless Leader himself, Mr. Chris Gates, will be our special guest that evening. We’ll also have a few other giveaways and a draft contest between us three and the field, too.
We’ve started a Patreon account, where you can get access to some behind the scenes stuff, and early access to the show. We aren’t going to pocket any money we get from Patreon; it will go right back into the show to fund things like our Jefferson jersey giveaway and other future prizes.
