Good Morning!

I know it’s a long weekend for most of you, traffic around here on holiday weekends tends to be light even before Coral. I’ll be at work all weekend and hopefully not so busy that I’ll have time to check in here from time to time. I was talking about putting something on the smoker Monday, if you have a favorite recipe or rub feel free to throw it in the comments, my kids and I were thinking about smoking some ribs. Meanwhile, we’ll carry on with our news and links open thread full of crockpot recipes, nap strategies and beer recommendations; drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and it’s the weekend, time to fire up the smoker and get the beer cold.
