Talking Vikings with The Vikings Gazette

We’re getting closer to the start of the 2021 NFL season for the Minnesota Vikings (and 31 other teams that aren’t nearly as important). In order to help us get through the rest of the offseason, we’re going around and working with other Vikings fans in order to bring you things to enjoy.

The other day, yours truly got an opportunity to sit down with Kyle and Sam from a relatively young Vikings’ website, The Vikings Gazette. Their podcast, Notes from the North, gave me an opportunity to sit and talk with them about several topics concerning the Vikings and The Daily Norseman.

Among the things we talked about in this episode:

• How DN got started and our coverage of the Vikings
• Offseason Team Activities and the Vikings’ offseason to this point
• Danielle Hunter and our level of concern as to whether or not he’ll play this year

Now, upon seeing those topics, keep in mind that we recorded this prior to the outstanding news that Hunter and the Vikings had agreed to a new deal, meaning that there is no longer any question as to whether or not he’s going to play this season.

Despite one of these topics being a bit dated, I think the show is worth a listen anyway. We had a lot of fun and hopefully you’ll check the show out.
