Merry Tuesday, everyone!

Alright, so we’ve set off along the long, two-week journey between the pre-season and the regular season. We can expect roster moves, as the Vikings pare down to their final 53, but you never know, there could still be a trade or a free-agent signing thrown in the mix. Other teams are trimming their rosters as well, so a team that is deep at tight end or tackle may release a talented player who may be of interest.

I’m interested to gauge the level of optimism among the highly educated and extremely good-looking DN open thread audience.
