All hail, the “Z” key is back along with additional functionality we had with Chorus. I’ve been doing things around the house and therefore mostly lurking today but I did try out the “Z” key in the testing group on my laptop and on mobile and found it to be a worthy addition.
I case your forgot about all the former shortcuts, here they are:
Here’s a quick summary:
- Z – go to next unread comment
- shift-A – mark all comments that have loaded as ‘read’
- C – go to the next comment, regardless of if it’s new or not
- shift-C – go to the previous comment
- control-B – add/remove bold text in the comment you’re writing
- control-I – add/remove italic text in the comment you’re writing

-Leave the gender hatred at the door
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open. Belly up & tie one on. Don’t forget to tip the cows, watch out for that guy behind the plexiglass and Welcome Aboard!
