2021 NFL Season Opener Discussion: Dallas Cowboys at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Ladies and gentlemen. . .we’ve made it.

Yes, the Z key is back in the comments! Also, it’s the first night of the 2021 NFL regular season, as the Dallas Cowboys have made the trip to the Big(ger) Sombrero to take on the world champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It’s been seven months since the Buccaneers went out and pantsed the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl to take home their second title and their first under Tom Brady and Bruce Arians. Tonight, they get the privilege of starting the season against a Cowboys team that struggled last season. . .though they still beat our Minnesota Vikings (sigh). . .but welcomes back quarterback Dak Prescott after he suffered a nasty knee injury last season.

To celebrate these two momentous occasions, let’s have another discussion thread for everyone that’s going to be watching the game anyway. And let’s be honest. . .you’re watching, whether it’s to hate the Cowboys or to hate Tom Brady or just because you love football.
