Dallas Cowboys at Tampa Bay Buccaneers: NFC Wild Card discussion

Super Wild Card Weekend officially wraps up tonight with the NFC’s 4 vs 5 matchup, as the Dallas Cowboys travel to central Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers are in the playoffs by virtue of winning the NFC South, with their 8-9 record making them just the fourth team in NFL history to qualify for the postseason with a losing record. The Cowboys were in the running for an NFC East title and, potentially, the #1 seed in the NFC playoffs until the final weekend of the season, but had to settle for a Wild Card berth.

The winner of this game will have a date with the San Francisco 49ers next Sunday night at Levi’s Stadium.
